Brain MRI:

Dilated ventricles and CSF spaces due to age related cerebral atrophy.

Normal brain parenchyma, no obvious lesion. No restricted diffusion.

Normal midline and posterior fossa structure.

No brain parenchyma hemorrhage is seen.

Normal grey & white matter differentiation.

Bilateral CP angles and IAC are normal.

Normal sella and supra sellar region.

No mass effect and midline shift.

Normal visualized paranasal sinuses.

CONCLUSION:

Age related cerebral atrophy.

No acute infarct. No space occupying lesion.
